Hamza Saeed al Sayer, from al Qouriya city in Deir Ez-Zour governorate eastern suburbs, was shot dead by gunmen in al Sh-heil city in Deir Ez-Zour governorate eastern suburbs, on April 12, 2019. We are unable to identify the responsible party as of this writing.
