SNHR: at least nine civilians, including three children and three women, were killed in the explosion of a car bomb near a military checkpoint of Syrian Democratic forces in al Nour Street in Raqqa city, On April 9, 2019. We are unable to identify the responsible party as it was difficult to identify the perpetrators.
