Hawwash Khlaif al Samkhan, from Theyban town in Deir Ez-Zour governorate eastern suburbs, was arrested on April 7, 2019, by Syrian Democratic forces in a raid on his house in al Latwa neighborohood in Theyban town and taken to an undisclosed location.
