Mohammad Abdul Wahhab Joulaq, a laboratory technician from Kafrouma village in Idlib governorate southern suburbs, works at Ma’aret al Numan Central Hospital in Ma’aret al Numan city in Idlib governorate southern suburbs, was arrested on April 6, 2019, by gunmen of Hay’at Tahrir al Sham as he was passing a checkpoint at the western entrance of Ma’aret al Numan city while he was heading to his workplace in the city and taken to an undisclosed location.
