Hussein Mohammad al Awad, from Hatla village in Deir Ez-Zour governorate eastern suburbs, was arrested on April 5, 2019, by Syrian regime forces as he was passing a checkpoint at the northern entrance of Deir Ez-Zour city and taken to an undisclosed location.
