Emad Khattab, has a PhD degree in agricultural engineering, vice president of “Free” Aleppo University for scientific affairs, from Taybat al Imam city in Hama governorate northwestern suburbs, was arrested by members of Hay’at Tahrir al Sham on March 25, 2019, in a raid on his residence in Einjara village in Aleppo governorate western suburbs and taken to an undisclosed location.
