The brothers Isam and Maher Mohammad Madrati, from Aleppo city, born respectively in 1975, 1987, were arrested in December 2016, by Syrian regime forces as they were passing a checkpoint in Aleppo city. On March 6, 2019, we informed that they are registered as dead, Isam on October 21, 2017 and Maher on September 22, 2017, in the civil registry probably due to torture in a detention center.
