SNHR: at least seven civilians were killed in the explosion of a car bomb on the public road in al Hasan al Saleh neighborhood in al Sh-heil city in Deir Ez-Zour governorate eastern suburbs, on February 21, 2019. We are unable to identify the responsible party as it was difficult to identify the perpetrators.
