SNHR: two car bombs exploded consecutively, about ten minutes apart, in al Qosour neighborhood in the middle of Idlib city, on February 18, 2019. severely destroying the women’s training center of glimpse of hope organization and damaging its furniture where the center went out of service. We are unable to identify the responsible party as it was difficult to identify the perpetrators.
