Shadi Dehbar, was found shot dead in his head in west of Keftin village in Idlib governorate northern suburbs on February 7, 2019. We note that the victim was kidnapped by unknowns ten days ago to obtain a ransom from his family. The area is under the control of Hay’at Tahrir al Sham. We are unable to identify the responsible party of his death as of this writing.
