Abdul Rahman Azzawi al Salima, from Farisa village which is administratively a part of Ras al Ein city in Hasaka governorate northern suburbs, was arrested on February 5, 2019, by Self- Management forces (Kurdish Democratic Union Party- PKK branch) as he was passing a checkpoint at the entrance of Ras al Ein city and taken to an undisclosed location.
