Anas al Muwais, from al Tloul al Humr village in Hama governorate southern suburbs, was arrested on February 3, 2019, along with his wife, daughter, mother and two sisters by Self- Management forces (Kurdish Democratic Union Party- PKK branch) as they were heading from Jarablos city to Manbej city in Aleppo governorate northeastern suburbs and taken to an undisclosed location.
