Mohammad Hasan Ihsan al Eter, a fighter at Failaq al Sham- a faction of armed opposition- from al Qsair city in Homs governorate western suburbs, age 22, was arrested on January 13, 2019, by gunmen of Failaq al Sham from his place in Afrin city in Aleppo governorate northern suburbs and tortured to death. On January 21, 2019, his dead body was handed over to his family.
