Sakher al Tarif, from Slouk town in Raqqa governorate norhten suburbs, was arrested on January 18, 2019, by Self- Management forces (Kurdish Democratic Union Party- PKK branch) as he was passing a checkpoint in Ein al Arous village in Raqqa governorate northern suburbs and taken to an undisclosed location.
