The child Ra’ed al Kurdi, from Haj Abdin village in Aleppo governorate eastern suburbs, was killed as a suicide bomber blew himself up with an explosive belt near Qasr al Umaraa restaurant in Sundus Street in the middle of Manbej city in Aleppo governorate eastern suburbs, causing a massacre, on January 16, 2019. We are unable to identify the responsible party as of this writing.
