Khaled Aboud, from Kafr Zita city in Hama governorate northern suburbs and works for Zayzoun electricity station in Sahl al Ghab area in Hama governorate western suburbs, was arrested by Syrian regime forces on December 24, 2018, as he was passing a checkpoint in Abu al Thuhour town in Idlib governorate eastern suburbs and taken to an undisclosed location.
