Damages in a market in Afrin city in Aleppo suburbs, in the explosion of an unknown- source IED, on December 16

SNHR: an IED placed inside a car in al Hal market in the middle of Afrin city in Aleppo governorate northern suburbs exploded causing a massacre and destroying several shops and its facilities, on December 16, 2018. We were unable to identify the responsible party as it was difficult to identify the perpetrators.
