Mohammad Abbad al Mohammad and Fahd Khalil al Hassani, from Tal Abyad city in Raqqa governorate northern suburbs, arrested by Self- Management forces (Kurdish Democratic Union Party- PKK branch) from their place in Tal Abyad city and taken to unknown place, on November 26, 2018.
