SNHR: an IED placed inside a car in front of al Andalus Primary School, in the middle of Izaz city in Aleppo governorate northern suburbs, exploded during school time, partly damaging the school building and furniture, on November 8, 2018. We were unable to identify the responsible party as it was difficult to identify the perpetrators.
