Hisham Zuhair al Naseir, from Da’el city in Daraa governorate northern suburbs, arrested by Syrian regime forces as he was passing a checkpoint on the international road heading from Daraa governorate to Latakia governorate, and taken to unknown place, on October 18, 2018. Hisham was among the people who agreed on a settlement with the Syrian regime.
