SNHR: ISIS carried out an attack on an IDPs camp in the Badiya of Hajin city in Deir Ez-Zour governorate eastern suburbs. As a result, the protection members, affiliated to Kurdish -Majority Syrian Democratic forces, of the camp retreated while ISIS burned and stole the contents of tents and transferred the civilians inside the camp to Hajin city which is under its control, on October 11, 2018.
