Adnan Ramadan al Naser and Abdul Rahman Nouri al Naser, from Deir Ez-Zour city, arrested by Self- Management forces (Kurdish Democratic Union Party- PKK branch) from their place in al Derbasiya city in Hasaka governorate northern suburbs and taken to unknown place, on October 16, 2018.
