Tareq Mahmoud al Othman, a volunteer policeman at Syrian regime forces, from Morek town in Hama governorate northern suburbs, born in 1992, arrested in 2012 by Syrian regime forces from his work place in al Sabkha town in Raqqa governorate eastern suburbs. On October 15, 2018, we received information that he was registed as a dead in civil registry propaply due to torture in a detention center.
