SNHR: Self- Management forces (Kurdish Democratic Union Party- PKK branch) arrested 2 civilians for conscription as they were passing a checkpoint in Tal Halaf town in west of Ras al Ein city in Hasaka governorate northwestern suburbs, and taken to unknown place, on October 11, 2018.
