Alaa Ibrahim al Jarad, from Mazra’et al Ansar village in Raqqa governorate western suburbs, arrested for conscription by Self- Management forces (Kurdish Democratic Union Party- PKK branch) as he was passing a checkpoint in Raqqa city and taken to unknown place, on October 6, 2018.
