Mohammad Saedo Wahid al Dhaim, from al Twaimin village in Hasaka governorate southern suburbs, arrested by Self-Management forces ( Kurdish Democratic Union Party – PKK branch) from his place in Tal Hmais town in Hasaka governorate eastern suburbs, and taken to a detention center in al Qamishli city in Hasaka governorate northern suburbs, and tortured to death. On October 4, 2018 his dead body was handed over to his family.
