SNHR: Kurdish Self-Management forces (Kurdish Democratic Union Party –PKK branch) arrested 8 civilians including 4 women from their location in Manazel al Mu’almein neighborhood in Raqqa city and taken them to unknown destination, on August 29, 2018.
