Yousef Abdo al Hsayyan, from al Habeit village in Idlib governorate southern suburbs, arrested by Syrian regime forces as he was passing a checkpoint at the entrance of Qal’at al Madiq town in Hama governorate northwestern suburbs. On August 14, 2018, we received information confirming his death due to torture in a detention center.
