Mohammad Ismail al Kahil, from Darayya city in southwest of Damascus suburbs governorate, born in 1977, arrested on February 9, 2013, by Syrian regime forces from his place in Qatana city in west of Damascus suburbs governorate. On July 25, 2018, we received information confirming his death due to torture in 2014 in a detention center.
