Niraz Saeed, a photographer, Palestinian- Syrian, from al Yarmouk Camp for Palestinian refugees in the south of Damascus city. Arrested on October 2, 2015, by Syrian regime forces from his place in Damascus city. On July 16, 2018, we received information confirming his death due to torture in a detention center. we note that Niraz won the Best Press Photo Award of UNRWA in 2014.
