SNHR: at least 6 civilians, including 2 women, killed due to explosion of an IED planted in a car in the middle of Efrin city in Aleppo governorate northern suburbs, on June 27, 2018, we were unable to determine the party responsible for the explosion as it’s difficult to identify the perpetrators.
