Mustafa Nail Qassab, a civil defense member, from Idlib city, born in 1988, killed due to explosion of a car-bomb near Syrian Red Crescent center south of Idlib city, as he was aiding wounded of a previous explosion, on June 21, we were unable to identify the party responsible for the explosions as it is difficult to identify the perpetrators.
