SNHR: at least 5 civilians, including a child and a woman, killed due to explosion of motorbike-bomb, followed by a car-bomb explosion near Syrian Red Crescent center south of Idlib city, on June 21, 2018,we were unable to identify the party responsible for the explosions as it is difficult to identify the perpetrators.
