Amwar Abdul Jalil Qatroun, from Jisr al Shoghour city in Idlib governorate western suburbs, arrested in 2014 by Syrian regme forces from his place in al Sawma’a Square in the middle of Jisr al Shoghour city. On June 4, 2018, we received information confirming his death due to torture in Sednaya Prison in Damascus suburbs governorate.
