Jamal al Zaghloul, former manager of Free Police in Eastern Ghouta, from Irbeen city in the east of Damascus suburbs, killed along with his wife, on May 3, 2018, in an explosion of a landmine planted by Self- Management forces( mainly Kurdish Democratic Union Party- PKK branch) in al Basouta village in Afrin city in in Aleppo governorate northern suburbs, before their retreating.
