Mr. Ne’mat Dawood, Secretary of Kurdish Democratic Equality Party and a member of the presidency of Kurdish National Council, from al Qamishli city in Hasaka governorate northern suburbs, arrested by Self- Management forces (mainly Kurdish Democratic Union Party- PKK branch) from his place in al Qamishli city and taken to unknown place, on April 13, 2018.
