The children Batoul, Ghufran, and Omar Qassoum, killed as suspected Russian warplanes fired missile on civilians’ underground shelter near a school in the middle of Kafr Batikh village in Idlib governorate eastern suburbs, causing a massacre, on March 21, 2018.
