SNHR documented the death of 36 civilians, including 3 children and 1 woman, at the hands of Syrian Regime forces, Russian forces, Kurdish Self-management forces, Hay’at Tahrir al Sham and Other parties, on Thursday , March 8, 2018, as follow:
Syrian Regime forces: 26 civilians.
Russian forces: 3 civilians.
Kurdish Self-management forces:1 civilian.
Hay’at Tahrir al Sham: 1 civilian.
Other parties: 5 civilians, including 3 children and 1 woman.
