Tarif al Sayed Eisa, a member of Idlib governorate council, head of Sanabel al Khayer organization, has a PhD in economic, born in 1958, from Idlib city, died in a Turkish hospital on March 2, 2018, due to wounds sustained in an explosion of IED targeted his car near al Jarra Circle in the middle of Idlib city, on January 15, 2018. SNHR are unable to identify the party behind the explosion as it was difficult to identify the perpetrator.
