SNHR: 4 civilians from the same family, including 2 girls and a woman, killed in the explosion of a car bomb in al Gharbi neighborhood in al Qamishli city in Hasaka governorate northern suburbs, on February 18, 2018. SNHR are unable to identify the party behind the explosion as it was difficult to identify the perpetrators.
