SNHR: Self- Management forces (Kurdish Democratic Union Party- PKK branch) arrested 4 civilians in al Tareqiya village in Hasaka governorate southern suburbs and took them to a detention center in Masakin al Jabsa neighborhood in al Shadadi city, on February 8, 2018.
