SNHR: suspected Russian warplanes fired missiles in front of Oday Saraqeb Hospital known as al Ihsan Hospital in al Sharqi neighborhood in Saraqeb city in Idlib governorate eastern suburbs, damaging its entrance severely, on January 29, 2018. We point out that the hospital was hosting the victims of the massacre committed by the same warplanes today in New Potato Market in Saraqeb city.
