Mohammad Eisa al Hmoud al Abdullah, born in 1960, from al Idekhar neighborhood west of Raqqa city, killed on December 12, 2017, due to explosion of landmine planted by ISIS near al Idekhar Circle in al Idekhar neighborhood before retreating from the neighborhood.
محمد عيسى الحمود العبد الله، من أبناء حي الادخار غرب مدينة الرقة، من مواليد عام 1960، قُتل في 12 كانون الأول 2017، جراء انفجار لغم أرضي زرعه تنظيم داعش قرب دوار الادخار في حي الادخار، قبل انسحابه من الحي.
