Massacre in Syrian regime forces shelling on al Qosour neighborhood in Deir Ez-Zour city on October 23

SNHR: 15 civilians, including a child, killed as Syrian regime warplanes fired missiles on al Qosour neighborhood west of Deir Ez-Zour city, on October 23, 2017, It should be noted that al Qosour neighborhood is under Syrian regime control.
