SNHR: Self-management forces (mainly Kurdish Democratic Union forces –PKK branch) launched raid and arrest campaign in Adla and Al Shaikh Othman villages in Hasakah governorate, 12 civilians were arrested and taken to unknown destination, August 28, 2016.
