Qasem Faisal al-Labbad, from al Sanamayn City in northern rural Daraa, was shot dead on March 29, 2025, by unidentified gunmen in al Sanamayn City. Al-Labbad was a former member of the Syrian National Army.
The area is under the control of the transitional authorities in Syria.

We demand that the controlling forces assume responsibility for protecting civilians in their areas, investigate the incident, and disclose its circumstances to the public.
