A man, identified as Ahmad Safir al-Yousef from al-Thahabiya village in western rural Homs governorate, was shot dead by unidentified individuals on March 27, 2025, while selling fuel at a small street stall in front of his house in al-Thahabiya village. The area is under the control of the current transitional authorities in Syria.
The Syrian Network for Human Rights (SNHR) is still trying to locate eyewitnesses to obtain more information about the incident.
