On February 6, 2025, a woman, her boy, and her sibling from al-Sfeira city in eastern rural Aleppo governorate, were shot dead by unidentified gunmen in al-Sfeira city. The area is under the control of the Syrian National Army (SNA).
The Syrian Network for Human Rights (SNHR) is still trying to locate eyewitnesses to obtain more information about the incident.
We call on the controlling forces to uphold their responsibilities in protecting civilians in their areas, investigate this incident, and make the findings available to the public.
