A woman, identified as Hebatu Allah Khadr from Aleppo city’s New Aleppo neighborhood, was killed on November 29, 2024, by a shell of unidentified source that landed near al-Salam Roundabout in the neighborhood amid clashes between Syrian regime forces and the factions involved in Deter Aggression Operation on the outskirts of Aleppo city. The city is under the control of Syrian regime forces.
The Syrian Network for Human Rights (SNHR) suspects that it was either regime forces or the factions involved in the Deter Aggression Operation who were responsible for her death. Investigations are still ongoing to accurately identify the party responsible.
