An improvised explosive device planted by an unknown party on the main road in al Shaddadi city in Hasaka governorate southern suburbs, the explosion was near al Hasan Bakery, and damages the bakery’s front causing some damages, on June 22, 2022. 

SNHR condemns all explosions that target civilians and vital facilities and calls on the controlling forces to shoulder its responsibility in protecting the civilians in its territories. SNHR also calls on the controlling forces to launch an investigation and reveal its results to the public.

There will be no stability in Syria without a genuine political process moving towards democracy, implemented according to a set timetable.
